Democrats to probe Trump's alleged hush-money payments

House Democrats plans to launch an investigation into President Donald Trump's alleged hush-money payments.

Trump allegedly paid off ex-Playboy model Karen McDougal and adult-film star Stormy Daniels to silence them about their affairs.

Michael Cohen, Trump's former attorney, is serving three years in prison, in part, over the incidents. Democrats believe enough evidence is available to name Trump as a co-conspirator in alleged campaign finance violations.
