Delta Air Lines Chief Operating Officer Mike Spanos has exited the company.
Spanos, who had a year on the job, reportedly is looking at other employment opportunities.
Company officials said the decision was unrelated to the recent CrowdStrike outage that caused thousands of Delta flights to be canceled and hundreds of thousands of passengers to be stranded.
