A new class-action lawsuit alleges Delta Air Lines' $1 billion carbon neutrality claim is "false and misleading."
The lawsuit alleges the carbon neutrality claim relies on offsets that do little to mitigate global heating, according to The Guardian.
A Delta spokesperson said the litigation "is without legal merit."
