Dell unit valued at up to $1.4B in IPO

Dell's cyber security unit, SecureWorks, expects its initial public offering to value the company at up to $1.4 billion.

The company today announced its IPO would be priced at $15.50-$17.50 per share.

The offering of 9 million shares could raise as much as $157.5 million.

SecureWorks helps corporations lock down their systems and check for computer intruders.
