MSU will confer 1,209 degrees to students in two hour-long ceremonies at the center, 661 S. John Q. Hammons Parkway.
At 12:30 p.m., degrees in the College of Arts and Letters, the College of Health and Human Services, the College of Humanities and Public Affairs and the College of Natural Applied Sciences will be presented.
At 4 p.m., degrees in the College of Business Administration and the College of Education will be presented.
A total of 972 baccalaureate degrees, 232 master’s degrees, four specialist degrees and one doctoral degree will be conferred.
Steffanee Saitta will receive MSU’s first doctor of audiology, the university’s only stand-alone doctoral program and the only program of its kind in Missouri.
Scholastic honors will be given to 258 students, and 24 students will be recognized for their work in the Honors College.
