Deere revenue moves up 1.8%

U.S. farm equipment maker Deere & Co. posted a 1.8 percent increase in quarterly revenue to $5.6 billion.

Net income dropped to $193.8 million from $254.4 million a year earlier.

In fiscal 2017, the company expects to grow sales by 4 percent.
