The company’s quarterly net sales topped $3.39 million, an increase of 18.4 percent compared to the same period in 2005. Overall, the company posted a net loss for the quarter of around $79,000, compared to a loss of $870,000 in the same time last year.
For the first nine months of the company’s fiscal year, which runs July 1–June 30, net sales totaled $7.1 million, down 19.1 percent from the first nine months of the previous year. The decrease was due primarily to reduced order volume from one of the company’s existing customers.
Decorize shares (AMEX: DCZ) closed May 17 at 37 cents, compared to a 52-week range of 25 cents to 81 cents.
