Decorize partners with ‘Trading Spaces’ designer

Posted online
Springfield-based home accents manufacturer Decorize is partnering with Texas designer Christi Proctor to create a lighting collection that will debut at the Fall High Point Market in North Carolina in October.

Proctor, who has a degree in interior design from Baylor University, began her career working for an architectural design studio and has owned and operated a furniture store and design business. But she is best known for her work as a designer on The Learning Channel’s home improvement show, “Trading Spaces.”

“We are ecstatic to have Christi join the design team,” said Decorize CEO Steve Crowder in a news release. “Her look fits perfectly with the lifestyle design that our customers have come to know.”

Decorize has three brands: decorize.com, Faith Walk Designs and GuildMaster. Shares of the company’s stock (OTC: DCZI.OB) closed today at 51 cents, compared to a 52-week range of 17 cents-87 cents. [[In-content Ad]]
