Decorize also announced second-quarter revenues of $3,775, 908 a 28 percent increase compared to the first quarter of fiscal 2002. According to a separate news release, the company reported $120,960 of net in-come before taxes, excluding a one-time stock compensation expense of $230,985 in the second quarter of fiscal 2002. For the six months ended Dec. 31, Decorize reported revenues of $6,714,647.
