Debtholders list STL office tower for sale

Debtholders have listed a downtown St. Louis office tower on the market for sale.

The 30-story Bank of America Plaza is being marketed by commercial real estate firm CBRE.

Los Angeles-based Positive Investments defaulted on a $50 million loan on the property last year.
