Companies will be rated in the areas of Incentives, Family Friendly, People Development and Corporate Culture. Companies will be divided into four categories: 5 to 24 employees, 25 to 100 employees, 101 to 300 employees, and more than 300 employees.
Values are assigned to eachanswer, and results will be tabulated by Whitlock, Selim & Keehn LLP. Only one survey per company will be tabulated.
