The St. Charles County city of Dardenne Prairie now has a one-year moratorium on multifamily developments.
The city's board of aldermen recently approved the moratorium on rezoning applications for such developments.
“The goal is to ensure that any future development aligns with the values of our community and supports the long-term health, safety and welfare of our residents,” Mayor Keith Widaman said.
