Dallas-Fort Worth home values gain over 15% in 2015

North Texas home values jumped significantly in 2015, increasing over 15 percent in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Citing a study by Zillow.com, The Dallas Morning News reports homes in the metroplex are now worth $411 billion – up from $356 billion a year ago.

Nationwide, the home marketing firm estimates the U.S. housing stock is valued at $28.5 trillion, an increase from $27.5 trillion at the end of 2014.
