Dallas estate hits market for $100M

Posted online
Dallas financier Tom Hicks has listed his historic estate in north Dallas for $100 million.

The sale price is actually $35 million below where he had it when it was listed three years ago for $135 million and was declared the most expensive property for sale in the U.S., according to the Dallas Morning News.

The 25-acre property includes a main house with over 50,000 square feet, a 6,400-square-foot guesthouse and a recreation building with a full-size movie theater in the basement. It also features a seven-car garage and tours for potential buyers are estimated to last two hours apiece.
