Posted online
Global management training firm Dale Carnegie Training has launched a corporate training blog to tout the virtues of personal connection.

According to a news release, Chairman, President and CEO Peter Handal’s blog at www.dalecarnegietraining.com will link businesses and people.

“Business is all about people, and people need interaction with their coworkers to be motivated, engaged and connected, whether in person or online,” Handal said in the news release. “My blog will offer valuable information on the key aspects of business success and offer people around the world the knowledge needed to sharpen their skills and to generate top results.”

Handal will offer his personal perspective and tips to help boost individual and organizational performance. Much of the blog content will reflect the company’s seminars, corporate assessments and one-on-one coaching.

Among the topics to be addressed monthly are:

• How to incorporate new technology into day-to-day interactions while encouraging workers to maintain connections on a personal level;

• Tips on hiring self-starters for small businesses; and

• Ways to keep invested staff on board when they threaten to evacuate the company.

Dale Carnegie Training helps corporations improve employee performance by emphasizing essential management skills in leadership, sales, team building, interpersonal relationships, customer service and public speaking.

According to the release, more than 7 million people have experienced Dale Carnegie Training.
