CVB video starring Pitt, Wunderle begins production

Pitt, who also is board chairman for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, talks about Springfield with passenger and narrator Wunderle in the video, which showcases the city’s meeting facilities, amenities and attractions.

The video is a cooperative marketing project by the Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau, University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center, Oasis Hotel & Convention Center, and Clarion Hotel & Convention Center. It will be used to promote Springfield as a destination for conventions, meetings and other group events, according to a CVB news release.

The video will be posted on the hotels’ and CVB Web sites, and a DVD of it, along with a portable DVD player, will be sent to qualified meeting planners, the release said.

Schilling/Sellmeyer & Associates is producing the video.
