Customers are being asked to return some $40 million withdrawn from an Ethiopian bank.
A technical glitch recently allowed customers of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia to take out or transfer more money than they had in their accounts.
The bank's president has said that no one who returns money will be prosecuted.
