Customer sues Lambert’s for injury from ‘throwed’ roll

Heads up, Lambert’s! Here comes a lawsuit.

A St. Louis woman has filed a civil suit in Scott County against the Sikeston-based “Home of Throwed Rolls,” saying she suffered a lacerated cornea after visiting the Sikeston location in September.

Troy Tucker, 67, is asking for $35,000 for the “serious and permanent personal injury” caused by a rogue roll thrown her way, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

The company, which has locations in Ozark and Alabama, declined to comment.
