Curium agreed to purchase radiopharmaceutical company Lantheus Holdings.
The deal is worth up to $8 billion.
Lantheus shareholders would receive $102.50 per share in cash when the deal closes. They would receive up to $12 more per share if certain sales targets are hit by 2030.
