The highest price home of the month is located at 3935 E. Eaglescliffe Drive in Highland Springs. The home, which has an asking price of roughly $2.8 million, spans more than 10,000 square feet across three stories.

In the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors' coverage area comprising Greene, Christian and Webster counties, the latest data shows an average sale price for homes of $300,502 for January. That compares with January 2025’s average of $293,494, according to past reporting.

There were 369 units sold locally in January, a 7% increase from a year earlier, according to the GSBOR.

Statewide in January, home sales were 4,112 in January, a 1% drop from the same month of 2025, according to the Missouri Realtors association. More than $1.27 billion was generated in January, a 2.7% increase from a year earlier.
