The U.S. Treasury Department has accused cryptocurrency exchange Bitzlato Ltd. of money laundering.
The department designated Bitzlato as a primary money-laundering concern under a section of the USA Patriot Act.
The department also has charged the Hong Kong-based crypto company's founder for allegedly facilitating money laundering for criminals.
