Cryptocurrency bank Silvergate Capital is winding down operations.
A collapse in the crypto market has meant billions of deposits have left the bank in recent months.
"In light of recent industry and regulatory developments, Silvergate believes that an orderly wind down of bank operations and a voluntary liquidation of the bank is the best path forward," officials said in a regulatory filing.
