Majority owner Kevin Cross’ Crosstech Construction Products will relocate to a $1.35 million, 30,000-square-foot facility in Partnership Industrial Center West early next year. General contractor Williams Construction Inc. expects to finish the project Jan. 1. The architect is Werner & Associates. Engineers are Miller Engineering PC, structural; Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Rozell Engineering Co. PC, civil.
