The 97-acre multiuse development, located two miles west of Branson Landing on Highway 76, is a blend of commercial and residential properties.
The approximately 40 lots of Phase I, developed by Cross Creek Development Co. LLC, are officially sold out.
The homes are split into four themed neighborhoods, which will comprise more than 150 homes.
Several commercial tenants also have signed on for space in Cross Creek Centre, the development’s 28,000-square-foot retail complex. Tenants are Branson Drug, Cross Creek Communities Sales Center and a planned home décor shop.
Additional planned tenants for the facility include a pizzeria, neighborhood market and gas station, video rental store and additional full-service retail and service providers.
Additional lots also are available for build-to-suit commercial tenants.
The development has been in the planning stages since 2002, and sales and construction work began in earnest at the end of 2005.
Cross Creek has also received a five-star rating from Resort Condominiums International, one of the country’s largest vacation ownership associations. The rating is based on the quality of the property’s current units and the master plan of the development.[[In-content Ad]]
