Creve Coeur City Council yesterday approved redevelopment plans for the former Bayer campus in the area.
The unanimous vote was made despite concerns from some residents over the project disturbing existing homes.
Fireside Financial and Jack Matthews Development are partnering on a mixed-used project at the St. Louis-area site. Apartments, retail space, hotels and more are planned.
