Creators of buggy HealthCare.gov site to face Congress

House lawmakers are set to grill the contractors who developed the glitch-plagued Affordable Care Act website during a hearing Thursday, just after the Obama administration said Wednesday that people who obtain health insurance by March 31 would not face tax penalties for being uninsured, according to Al Jazeera.

Previously, the deadline before Americans faced penalties was Feb. 15, though officials say it is not becaues of the insurance website.

The contractors who built the web portal will have to answer to the House Energy and Commerce Committee Thursday, during which CGI and Quality Software Systems Inc. could face tough questions.
