Project description: This remodel of nearly 30,000 square feet of space provides upgrades to existing exam and procedure rooms, offices, lobby and support spaces. The work for the new home of CoxHeath’s ENT Clinic includes interior demolition and new walls, ceilings, doors and finishes, plus lighting, power and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The project architect is Torgerson Design Partners LLC. Engineer is RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, structural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
