COVID-19 shuts down Missouri House

The spread of COVID-19 in Jefferson City has forced the Missouri House of Representatives to shut down temporarily.

House members will not meet next week, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

A day after a Kansas City lawmaker reportedly tested positive for the virus, a handful of other cases surfaced.
