The Missouri Supreme Court ruled a woman who had an extramarital affair with Gov. Eric Greitens must turn over her phone.
The ruling requires the cellphone to undergo forensic investigation.
The woman's attorney called the order to turn it over "unduly burdensome" and "a gross violation of her privacy that victimizes her again."
Greitens is accused of felony invasion of privacy. His attorneys' sought the phone.
