The Missouri Court of Appeals Southern District has ordered the state to issue 13 marijuana facility licenses to Hippos LLC.
The appeals court found that 2019 scoring was inconsistent. In one case, the court found a grader's qualifications were never established.
Hippos has dispensary locations in Columbia, Springfield and Chesterfield.
