A federal court dismissed a lawsuit against Epic Games, the maker of popular video game "Fortnite."
Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton on the 1990s show “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Aire,” had sued the company over the use of his signature dance move, "the Carlton," in the video game.
The court filings did not list a reason, though federal officials previously denied Ribeiro a copyright claim for the dance move.
"Fortnite" sells dance moves and other cosmetic items to players.
