MSI-Masonry Structures Inc. is the general contractor for the approximately 3,050-square-foot building that will be the new offices for Court Alternative Sentencing Program. The architect is Jack Ball & Associates. LaRose & Schober is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Wells & Scaletty is the civil and structural engineer. The estimated cost for the wood-framed office building with brick and EIFS façade is $350,000. It is scheduled for completion in July.
