Shaw Industries, the country's biggest carpet maker, signed a deal to buy Tricycle Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
Tennessee-based Tricycle produces digital carpet samples and design tools.
Shaw is a subsidiary of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway, according to The Associated Press.
