Country Hearth Inn and Suites is settling in at Chesterfield Village.
The south Springfield retail and residential development will have a new tenant, its first hotel, in spring of 2000.
The 51-suite, two-story hotel is owned by a partnership, Springfield Country Hearth Inn & Suites LLC. Its principals are J. Scott Marrs, a Springfield lobbyist who has represented various public and private interests from the area in Jefferson City
