The Country Club Plaza in Kansas City is expected to change ownership this month, Mayor Quinton Lucas said.
HP Village Partners LP plans to finalize the purchase on June 28, sources familiar with the matter told the Kansas City Business Journal.
The Macerich Co. and Taubman Centers are reportedly selling the retail center for below the $660 million price they paid in 2016.
