The meeting will be 7–9 p.m. March 29 at the Brentwood Branch Library, 2214 Brentwood Blvd.
All residents from Zone 4, which Wylie represents, are invited. The zone is roughly bound by Sunshine Street to the north, Campbell Avenue to the west, and city limits to the south and east.
If passed, the tax would generate funding for additional staff at Greene County’s E-911 service. Representatives from the 911 service will be at the meeting to discuss the issue and answer questions.
City Council candidates and school board candidates also have been invited to attend for a question-and-answer session.
