Helping the Elderly Live Productively, or HELP, provides support, instruction, supervision, transportation and other services to assist the elderly and allow them to remain as independent as possible. Long-term Care Ombudsman Program trains and places volunteers in nursing homes to help improve and maintain the quality of life for nursing home residents by acting as advocates for nursing home residents' rights.|ret||ret||tab|
