The agreement between the city of Springfield, City Utilities and Greene County for CU to own and operate a trunked radio system connecting the three entities was not the cause of concern among Mayor Lee Gannaway and members of City Council as reported in the March 27-April 2 City Beat column. Rather, it was several details within the agreement, not the agreement itself, that council took issue with. Councilwoman Teri Hacker said the details of concern were resolved in the April 4 council luncheon.|ret||ret||tab|
