The Oct. 16 article “Robinett Copier and Mailing files for Chapter 11” stated that the company must file monthly reports after its Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan is approved. The reports are submitted before the court approves the plan. Robinett’s attorney also clarified that the more than $900,000 in debt at the time of the filing wasn’t solely accrued after Sept. 11, 2001.

During an interview for “A Conversation With … Jeff Yoakam,” published in the Oct. 23 issue, Yoakam said he joined American Family Insurance in 2003 and was appointed to his own agency in 2004. Yoakam joined American Family in 1993 and opened his agency in 1994. [[In-content Ad]]
