The March 26 story “Long Development begins 168-acre planned development” reported that Citizens Union State Bank of Branson is financing the loan for the land acquisition and home construction. Citizens Union only financed the land purchase; Sun Security Bank of St. Peters is financing the development’s home construction and infrastructure.
Workers’ comp rates
The story “Springfield schools hire new workers’ comp attorneys” in the March 26 issue stated that Harmison & Pearman PC will charge Springfield R-XII Schools $135 and $95 per hour for work done by attorneys and paralegals, respectively. Harmison & Pearman is charging the district $110 and $75 per hour, respectively; the firm charges a discounted rate because the school district is providing the firm with all of its workers’ compensation cases.
