Restaurant inspection
The Springfield Restaurant Inspections for Oct. 21, listing in the Nov. 4-10 issue, contained incorrect information. The city of Springfield erroneously listed an inspection for Papa John's Pizza at 3305A. S. Campbell Ave., as taking place at Papa Murphy's Pizza, 4305 S. Campbell Ave., The inspection should have read:
Papa John's Pizza; 3305A S. Campbell; critical violations found: 1 Canadian bacon at 48 degrees F at 3:30 p.m., cold hold must hold at 45 degrees F or below (discarded immediately), warm portion bottom was 40 degrees F; noncritical violations found: 9.
