Omaha hotel designed by HNTB
The article "Projects act as calling cards for local firms," which appeared on page 16 of the Jan. 12-18 Architects and Engineers section contained an error.
The Omaha, Neb., hotel project for John Q. Hammons was designed by the Kansas City firm of HNTB. That hotel so impressed city officials from Lincoln, Neb., that they contacted Hammons to build a similar hotel on Lincoln city property. Hammons then hired local architects Butler Rosenbury & Partners for the Lincoln project.
