The Jan. 8 article “Commerce ranks second among 150 top banks” stated that U.S. Bancorp ranked first on Bank Director magazine’s list of top-performing banks. U.S. Bancorp placed ninth overall but was the highest-ranked bank with assets exceeding $100 billion. The No. 1 company on the Top 150 list was Chicago-based Corus Bankshares.
