The 20,000 square feet of space in the new building is double the amount in the company’s current location at 509 S. Cavalier Ave. The facility is in the 16-acre Cherry Street Business Park, developed by HMR Properties on the site of the former Golf Land Driving Range. Marshall-Waters-Woody is the architect on the CBS project, which is expected to cost between $1.5 million and $2 million. Engineers are Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing; and Ozark Mountain Consultants Engineers & Surveyors Inc., civil.
