The Cordish Cos., which is known for working with the St. Louis Cardinals to develop Ballpark Village, has been selected by the Gateway Arch Park Foundation as the developer for a project at the long-vacant Millennium Hotel in the city's downtown area.
The proposal calls for the vacant hotel to be demolished to make way for luxury housing, offices, an amphitheater and a food hall, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Financing details are expected to be released as the project proceeds.
