Eoff & Associates is the general contractor for this 4,900-square-foot project, which is an extensive renovation of a former Shoney's location.
Bill Derington is the architect for the restaurant, which is owned by Michael Ngo. Worth an estimated $250,000, the construction should be done by mid- to late April.
Ngo said Copper Station will be a family restaurant, and it will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu will be a variety of American foods, including hamburgers and steaks.
The restaurant will seat 210 to 220 people. The menu price range is $1.50 to $10.
