Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce ambassadors gather with Jared Enterprises executives to cut the ribbon on the 17th Cody’s Convenience Store at 2904 E. Sunshine St. It is the fifth store in Springfield; a sixth, at 959 S. Glenstone Ave., is scheduled to open in June, and the company has plans for three more Springfield locations. Jared Enterprises purchased the original Cody’s store in Rogersville in 2002.
