U.S. contractors have a positive outlook for the next year, according to a new study.
Second-quarter data from the 2019 USG Corp. + U.S. Chamber of Commerce Commercial Construction Index show 52% of contractors feel "highly confident" about business opportunities in the coming year.
That's up 11% from the first-quarter data.
