Consumer Reports ranks McDonald's burger worst in America

A survey released by Consumer Reports last week found that some of the biggest chains in the fast-food industry sold the worst food in the sectors that made them famous.

McDonald’s burger ranked dead last; KFC had the lowest ratings for chicken; and participants said Taco Bell had the worst burrito when compared to their fast-food peers.

Consumer Reports surveyed 32,405 individuals about their experiences at 65 fast-food and fast-casual chains, according to the Washington Post.

Habit Burger Grill and In-n-Out garnered top marks for burgers. Chipotle Mexican Grill was ranked as the top fast-casual restaurant.
