As tenants continue to come on board, the first phase of a $70 million development is slated to begin construction soon in St. Louis.
Meijer, a big-box retailer and grocer, Olive Garden, Chick-Fil-A and Tidal Wave Car Wash are among tenants signed on so far for Orchard Town Center in Glen Carbon.
The development could be one of the region’s last ground-up retail shopping centers, the St. Louis Business Journal reports.
